Junior Manager Sales

Junior Manager Sales job is available in Abbottabad for a leading MNC. An ideal candidate must have Master’s degree along with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in achieving sales targets and establishing enduring relationships with clients.

Junior Manager Sales’s job role is to drive adoption of the publisher’s curriculum textbooks at schools, colleges, and higher education institutes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to promote the adoption of the publisher’s curriculum textbooks within the designated territory.
• Engage with prospective, current, and past customers through field visits to establish and nurture relationships.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales revenue.
• Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to the company policies, standards, and practices, maintaining alignment with its mission and values.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales efforts and achieve organizational objectives.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Impeccable English language skills.
• Outstanding time management skills with the ability to set priorities, work independently and within a team.
