Team Lead – Site Acquisition

Team Lead – Site Acquisition job(s) are available in all major cities of Pakistan (Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, and Rawalpindi) for a leading telecommunication company. An ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecom, IT, CS, or a B-Tech (Hons.) and possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in handling internal reporting and surveys for FTTH deployment.

Team Lead – Site Acquisition job role is to develop and implement strategic site acquisition plans aligned with organizational growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support in Procuring Right of Way (ROW) from Government authorities and societies etc.
• Resolving disputes, which arise during fixed line rollout with authorities and with private property owners
• Negotiation of right of way charges and rents with landlords
• Supporting in surveys for FTTH deployment.
• Handling internal reporting for the Project.
• Handling documentation internal and with external stake holders
• Procuring sites for MSAG & OLTS

Skills:

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms for site acquisition.
