Finance Executive – Accounts Payable job is available in Karachi for a leading public listed company. An ideal candidate must have a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business Administration along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and internal controls.

Finance Executive – Accounts Payable job role involves preparing purchase journals, advance vouchers, petty cash vouchers, retirement fund cheques, bank statements, vendor bills, GST invoices, and vendor ledgers. The role also involves coordinating with internal and external auditors and creating financial policies to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of purchase journal & advance vouchers of supplies, services and contracts.
• Vouching / Checking petty cash vouchers.
• Preparation of retirement fund cheques (Loans, withdrawals and full and final settlement).
• Reconciliation of bank statements of retirement funds.
• Maintain proper record of vendor bills and GST invoices.
• Reconciliation of vendor ledgers.
• Coordination with internal and external auditors.
• Creating and implementing financial policies of the organization.
• Monitor the economic and financial changes.
• Assist in financial audits.
• Performing regular financial analysis; and resolving issues.
