Head of Quality Control & Assurance

Head of Quality Control & Assurance Job is available in Lahore for a leading textile and clothing company. An ideal candidate must have a Master’s/bachelor’s degree with 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in managing quality control and assurance. Develop and execute a comprehensive quality management strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

Head of Quality Control & Assurance Job role involves developing and maintaining a quality plan, training quality teams, and establishing an organized quality department. It involves interacting with the Development and Production teams, checking patterns, identifying production issues, and making final decisions based on company quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• To develop, implement and maintain a quality plan to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
• To develop quality teams that are trained in strict quality compliance.
• To develop an organized structure in the quality department.
• To effectively interact with the Development and Production team to maintain product quality and ensure that targets are achieved.
• To check patterns/specification and identify production issues and to make a final decision on quality according to company quality standards.
• Responsible for monitoring QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be presented to Management.
• Responsible for each aspect of quality control related to all departments of production; from greige fabric, dyed fabric, embroidery, cutting, stitching to finished garment.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with quality management tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Total Quality Management).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high-quality standards.
• Proficiency in using quality control software and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and certifications.
