Electrical Supervisor

Electrical Supervisor job is available in Karachi (Port Qasim) for a leading multinational manufacturing company. An ideal candidate must have Bachelor’s degree /Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Electrical installation, maintenance, wiring & infrastructure, relay logic, PLC, and Motors Maintenance.

Electrical Supervisor job role involves overseeing maintenance activities, troubleshooting electrical issues, and implementing preventive measures to ensure uninterrupted production and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and prioritize electrical maintenance and repair tasks to minimize downtime and optimize production.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to plan and execute electrical projects and upgrades.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures.
• Perform hands-on electrical work, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing technical expertise as needed.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards in all maintenance and repair activities.
• Coordinate with procurement to manage inventory of electrical components, spare parts, and tools.
• Monitor equipment performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
• Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and repairs performed.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Experience with PLCs, motor controls, and industrial automation systems.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
