Store Supervisor

Store Supervisor job is available in Karachi (Port Qasim) for a leading multinational manufacturing company. An ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in commerce or a related field with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in inventory Processing, Management & Control.

Store Supervisor job role involves material handlers, and inventory clerks, providing guidance, training, and performance assessments. Plan, organize, and oversee daily store operations, including receiving, issuing, and inventory management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Material handlers, and inventory clerks, providing guidance, training, and performance assessments.
• Plan, organize, and oversee daily store operations, including receiving, issuing, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and other departments to forecast material needs and optimize inventory levels.
• Implement inventory control procedures, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure accurate recordkeeping of materials.
• Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels to support production schedules while minimizing excess inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
• Manage the handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous or sensitive materials in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the materials management function.
• Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness within the store and materials handling areas.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in inventory management and share knowledge with the team.

Skills:

• Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles, methods, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
