It plays a very crucial role in creating compelling content, managing social media platforms, monitoring online conversations, and analyzing campaign performance. You will also handle crises, collaborate with influencers, and optimise campaigns.

- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other departments to align social media efforts with broader organisational strategies and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer support through social media channels, addressing inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimise social media campaigns, content, and advertising strategies for better performance.
- Stay updated with industry developments and provide training or educational resources to internal teams or clients on social media best practices and trends.
- Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and brand advocates to enhance brand reputation and expand our reach.
