Communication Manager

Communication Manager job is available in Islamabad / Karachi for a leading Brand consulting company. An ideal candidate must be having MBA/BBA degree with 5 to 6 of relevant experience in communications, marketing, public relations, and executing communication strategies that elevate brand awareness, boost our reputation, and captivate key stakeholders. journalism, or a related field.

Communication Manager job role is to develop and implement effective communication strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives, encompassing content marketing, public relations, and employee engagement. They will oversee public relations efforts, collaborate with internal departments, and manage communication budgets. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with key stakeholders, providing valuable coaching, and bringing to the table an excellent strategic mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Create and execute content marketing strategies across various channels (e.g. website, social media, blogs, email, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage the company’s public relations efforts, including media outreach, press releases, and crisis communications.
• Work with internal departments to support and execute marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events.
• Develop and implement internal communication strategies that keep employees informed and engaged.
• Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust as necessary.
• Manager the communication budget and ensure all activities remain within budgetary constraints.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, industry influencers, and customers.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members and other stakeholders on effective.
