MTO – HR and Social Media Marketing job role is to work closely with experienced HR professionals to gain hands-on experience and contribute to our client’s talent acquisition and social media marketing efforts. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, candidate interviews, and reference checks.
• Utilize various recruitment channels and platforms to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate documentation throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, making necessary arrangements for both candidates and interviewers.
• Support the development and execution of social media marketing strategies to enhance the company’s online presence.
• Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the audience.
• Conduct market research and analyze social media trends to identify opportunities for improving the company’s digital marketing efforts.
