An ideal candidate must be having bachelors degree with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience as a Social Media Executive with in-depth knowledge of popular platforms and familiarity with advertising platforms. Strong problem-solving approach, cultural sensitivity, and a portfolio of previous campaigns are desirable.
Social Media Executive job role is to develop, implement, and manage the social media strategies and presence of the organization. They plays a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving engagement, and increasing the organization’s online visibility. Your role will involve content creation, community management, analytics, advertising, and staying up-to date with local trends and preferences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with organizational goals and target audience.
- Create engaging and culturally relevant content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other media, considering the preferences and sensitivities of the audience.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, and responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and culturally appropriate manner.
- Conduct market research to understand the Pakistani Social media landscape, local trends, and preferences of the target audience.
- Analyse social media metrics specific to the market and generate reports to measure the performance and effectiveness of campaigns.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns targeted audience, including defining objectives, targeting local audiences, creating ad copy and visuals that resonate with the local culture, and monitoring campaign performance.
- Knowledge of local influencer’s, social media trends, and digital marketing practices in is highly desirable.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, public relations, and customer service, to align social media efforts with broader organizational goals and initiatives.
- Stay up to date with emerging social media platforms and trends specific to the market, and recommend new strategies or features to enhance the organization’s social media presence.
- Handle social media crises and negative publicity with sensitivity, cultural awareness, and timely responses, considering the local context.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors’ social media activities in to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager or Instagram Ads, and their application in the market.
Skills:
