An ideal candidate must be having an MBA degree with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in managing sales operations in international markets, identifying target markets, and developing plans to penetrate and expand into new international markets.

Deputy Manager International Sales (Exports) job role is to create effective sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. This involves conducting market research, identifying target markets, and developing plans to penetrate and expand into new international markets.

Job Responsibilities:

• To sell complete range of products to industrial clients internationally to achieve given monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• To identify and realize on product development opportunities through sampling and trials in the industrial segment.
• To maintain & develop excellent relations with all customers via better service, regular visits, and staying in close touch with all stakeholders.
• To carry out necessary surveys for Market Intelligence, market mapping & customer segmentation to remain abreast of the prevailing conditions in the marketplace.
• To liaise with marketing for pricing, and quality & providing necessary Demand Forecast to Planning to ensure better stock management.
• To coach and train the team members and keep them engaged and motivated.
• To ensure compliance with company policies & procedures, all legal and HSE-related SOP’s for maintaining a legal and safe environment.
• To participate & support actively in marketing activities such as exhibitions, merchandise giveaway’s and product related seminars for branding.
