Office Assistant job is available in Karachi for a well-renowned sports club. An ideal candidate must be having a Graduation degree with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, proficient in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications.

Office Assistant job role is to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. Perform various tasks, including answering phone calls, managing correspondence, organizing files, scheduling appointments, assisting staff members as needed, making the task done timely and efficiently, and working on behalf of the director of the company.

 

Job Responsibilities:   

  • Greet visitors, answer incoming phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Communicate via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability when required.
  • Accurately enter data into computer systems or databases.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
  • Resolve complaints by jotting down and discussing them.
  • Send payment reminders.
  • Process the orders.
  • Help customers with the registration process.
  • Keeping a record of customer interaction.
  • Give feedback from customers on the products and services.
  • Give feedback to coaches.
  • Do a survey from other team members about how to improve or if they have any complaints.
  • Work with internal departments and convey messages to all.
  • Make a report, design an email draft, and respond if required.
  • Answer phone calls when required, organize and plan meetings.
  • Make travel arrangements and organize events.
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly.
