Human Resource Manager- Operations job is available in Karachi for a well-reputed company. MBA / BBA degree is required with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in managing HR-related functions in large-scale organizations. .

Human Resource Manager- Operations job role is to plan, direct, and coordinate Human Resource (HR) management activities of the company to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee recruitment, compensation, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems, and safety, identify staff vacancies and assist in recruitment, interviewing, and selection of applicants, allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.
  • Provide current and prospective employees with information about Company policies including Human Resource Manual, job duties/descriptions, working conditions, salaries, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
  • Analyzing and modifying compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements/applicable labour laws.
  • Planning and conducting new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives, serving as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems.
  • Conduct learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
  • Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, and employee relations, maintaining records and compiling statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
  • Analyzing statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization & personnel policies and practices.
