Finance Manager

Finance Manager job is available in Karachi for a well-reputed company. ACCA/ MBA in Finance and Accounts is required with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and understanding of IFRS, Corporate Laws, Taxation, Code of Corporate Governance for Public Sector Companies and other applicable financial reporting frameworks.

Finance Manager job role is to prepare financial statements, business activity reports and financial forecasts. Ensuring that the organization’s financial records and recordkeeping methods are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall financial management of the Company including recording, summarizing and reporting of financial transactions/matters with accuracy and consistency as required by the applicable reporting frameworks
• Making Payments (subsidy & others), maintaining proper books of accounts, and assisting management in making informed decisions on financial matters
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts
• Assisting management on financial matters including reports on budgetary and another forecasting
• Financial budgeting, estimation, forecasting, and financial management planning
• Management of banking affairs including investments and other treasury matters
• Liaison with internal and external auditors

Skills:

• Thorough understanding of IFRS, Corporate Laws, Taxation, Code of Corporate Governance for Public Sector Companies and other applicable financial reporting frameworks
• Well-versed in financial budgeting, estimation, forecasting and financial management planning
• Ability to develop financial models to support financial planning and forecasting
• Strong understanding of business/project finance analytics and analyze financial data and development of financial models
• Ability to develop customized financial reports as required by the management
• Proficiency in working on accounting software, ERP, and statistical analysis tools and efficient in working with MS-Office and other modern techniques used for financial management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
