MTO-HR Recruitment Job is available in Karachi for a leading HR consultancy firm in Pakistan. An Ideal candidate should have at least BBA/ MBA in Human Resources with excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written).

MTO-HR Recruitment Job role is to identifying and attracting suitable candidates for the open client positions & within the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Post ads on job professional sites, job boards and social media.
• Screens and filters candidate resumes and applications.
• Conducts interviews, Coordinates with interview teams and candidates.
• Develops and implements recruitment processes and sources to achieve recruitment objectives and develop a talent pipeline for potential vacant positions.
• Develops and updates job descriptions.
• Manages applicant tracking system and ensures accurate records on recruiting activities for positions at all levels.
• Conducts reference and background checks and completes pre and post hire documentation.
• Contributes to the needs of the HR department by completing generalist tasks as needed
