Senior Manager Cost Control & Budgeting job is available in Islamabad for a leading telecom company. Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance is required with 10 to 12 years of experience in End to end OPEX & CAPEX budget management related to Engineering Operations & Management.
Senior Manager Cost Control & Budgeting job role is to minimize the network operating expenditure of the entity while ensuring the network availability and quality through controlling, analyzing & developing cost-effective policies & procedures and compliances.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the defined strategy to meet company OPEX targets is followed and complied
- Responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and allocating operational resources to the regions to support daily operations
- Responsible to devise cost control strategies & take appropriate measures for reduction or optimization of cost of major OPEX heads
- Forecasting CAPEX requirements related to operations and ensuring that in time resources are available for regional operations
- End-to-end OPEX & CAPEX budget management related to Engineering Operations & Management
- Responsible for end-to-end network sourcing for respective regions including vendor finalization technically and effective delivery of goods and services
- End to end Contract Management related to managed services, service support agreements, fuel, and security, etc.
- Vendor Management of O&M contracts and their performance analysis, coordination with Procurement and Finance departments for payment processing
- Ensure Cost-effective electricity & security availability for the network
- Ensuring timely delivery of KPIs in order to support regions
- Team Management and Inter & Intra team conflict resolution, coordination at entity level with departments, regions, service partners
- Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual reporting to management
- Responsible for implementing cost-effective policies and procedures within the department and also ensuring compliance to the policies
- Initiate system automation processes for the NOMC department
