Assistant Manager – Production job is available in Kasur for a leading Manufacturing company in Pakistan. An ideal candidate should have at least BSc. / B.E degree in Chemical along with 5 to 6 years of work experience in planning and execution of overall production operations.

Assistant Manager – Production job role is to inspect the reliability of production equipment and machinery, coordinate with contractors & project team for installation of plant machinery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring the production operations.
• Ensuring everyone’s adherence to safety protocols, and evaluating the staff’s performance.
• Develop strategy on maximizing productivity to deliver efficient results that would drive revenues and increase company profitability.
• Inspect the reliability of production equipment and machinery.
• Coordinate with contractors & project team for installation of plant machinery.
• Conducting preventive maintenance, and repair inconsistencies to prevent production delays, also identify areas of improvement with the manufacturing processes and escalate best practices for improvement.
• Must be knowledgeable about technological advancements and incorporate ideas to minimize costs without sacrificing the quality of services.
