Assistant Manager IMS & QA labs job is available in Kasur for a leading Manufacturing company in Pakistan. An ideal candidate should have Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Chemistry along with 5 to 6 years of work experience in developing QA & QC lab facility for in-process and finished goods material inspections.

Assistant Manager IMS & QA labs job role is to provide direction to all departments related to product quality and food safety.

Job Responsibilities:

• To develop QA & QC lab facility for in-process and finished goods material inspections.
• Responsible for preparing monthly production yield & losses reports for corn based starch processing & manufacturing unit.
• To develop and manage QMS and associated procedures.
• To provide direction to all departments related to product quality and food safety.
• Utilize lean principles, analyze process conditions and operational activities to propose corrective & preventive action and to ensure the process in a cost effective and efficient manner.
• To lead overall site IMS Program.
• Aid in day to day production activities, address any quality failure, perform investigations, to evaluate the staff’s performance, strategizing on maximizing productivity, that would drive revenues and increase company profitability.

• IMS Certifications (ISO9001, ISO17025, FSSC22000 etc.)
• Strong grip on QA/ QC Lab testing and Management Protocols
• Strong analytical skills
