Operator – BOPP/ CPP Line & / or Matellizer

Operator – BOPP/ CPP Line & / or Matellizer job is available in Karachi for a leading Manufacturing company in Pakistan. An ideal candidate should have DAE/ B.Tech/ BSc. degree along with 2 to 4 years of work experience in on-time and quality production of BOPP/ CPP/ Metallized films through effective and efficient delivery of jobs, material feeding activities & movements.

Operator – BOPP/ CPP Line & / or Matellizer job role is to ensure minimum wastages and line breaks during production activities.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for on-time and quality production of BOPP/ CPP/ Metallized films through effective and efficient delivery of jobs, material feeding activities & movements, machine operations & inspection during the assigned shift.
• Accountable for meeting the shift’s production, efficiency and quality targets whilst ensuring customer satisfaction both internally and externally.
• Ensures minimum wastages and line breaks during production activities.
• Comply with the Co. Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) policy, 5s (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain), ISO & Quality standards, Co. and Machine SOP’s.
• Perform any other task as assigned by the Line Manager or Manager Film Line.

Skills:

• Industry-specific experience (CPP/ BOPP/ BOPET Manufacturing) is preferred.
• Strong Technical Engineering Knowledge, including knowledge of machines & processes.
• Basic Machine Troubleshooting Skills & Root Cause Analysis.
• Knowledge on: Occupational Health and Safety.
• Proficiency in MS Office (basic level).
• Problem Solving, Time Management, Result Oriented,  Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Team Work.
