Regional Sales Manager- Residential job is available in Karachi for a leading renewable energy solution-providing company.  An ideal candidate must have MBA or relevant degree along with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in the residential / household sales domain by achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

Regional Sales Manager- Residential job role involves designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s residential customer base and ensures its strong presence. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
  • Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns
  • Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
  • Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Setting discount rates and determining price schedules
  • Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
