An ideal candidate should have Master’s/Bachelors’ degree along with 1 to 2 Years of work experience in analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to implement solutions, programs, and policies.
Associate HRBP job role is to assist in managing recognition and engagement plans at respective locations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to business in day-to-day operational issues
- Manage complex employee relations issues through effective thorough and objective investigation.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to implement solutions, programs and policies.
- Keep track of the actual headcount as per the business plan.
- Assist in managing recognition and engagement plans at respective locations.
- Stakeholder management through regular meetings with various departments and building trusted relationships with various department.
- Support HRBP in HR-related activities such as:
- Payroll Discrepancies, DA Actions, COC Refreshers, Onboarding Sessions
Skills:

- Proven experience in dealing with blue-collar/ground staff.
