“MTO-HR Recruitment” position is available in Karachi for a leading HR consultancy firm in Pakistan. An ideal candidate should have MBA / BBA degree in Human Resource with excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written).

“MTO-HR Recruitment” role is to assist in recruitment process, maintain employee record, and maintain HR presence on different social media channels including LinkedIn and Facebook.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining database of potential candidates.
• Assisting in maintaining employee record.
• Assisting in recruitment process (Scheduling and coordinating interviews).
• Assisting in day-to-day operations of the HR functions and responsibilities.
• Maintaining HR presence on different social media channels including LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
