Team Lead

Team Lead job is available in major cities of Pakistan i.e. Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Karachi, Quetta, and Hyderabad for a leading telecommunication company in Pakistan. An ideal candidate must be having B Tech/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, and Telecom along with 3 to 4 Years of relevant in vendor management, and stakeholder coordination.

Team Lead job role is to coordinate with LEA for permission issues of vendor labor for execution, and to monitor & execute of OSP works.

Job Responsibilities:

• Surveys with Design, OSP, and ISP contractors.
• Preparation of BOQs, feasibilities, and ISP requirements.
• On-going monitoring & execution of OSP works.
• Coordination and follow up for ROW/NOC Acquisition and post NOC.
• Coordination with LEA for permission issues of vendor labors for execution.
• Coordination with different stakeholders for timely rollout including QA, Network Ops, and Business Operations.
• Verification of measurement book during and after execution of work.
• Verification of discrepancies removal and closure of PAT.
• Preparation and timely loading of P2P Plan and Passive hierarchy in Maximo.
• Coordination and follow-up with Business Team for test number processing through CRM.
• Coordinate and follow up with vendor for Management of all vendor related issues including Technical & EHS compliance.
• Coordination with Regional Procurement Team & M&L.
• Processing of documents for SAN & GRN in SAP post-execution of work.
