Engineering Supervisor Field

Engineering Supervisor Field job is available in major cities of Pakistan i.e. Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Karachi, Quetta, Hyderabad for a leading telecommunication company in Pakistan. An ideal candidate must have a Diploma DAE in Electronics /Electrical/ Telecom along with 3 to 4 Years of relevant work experience in power equipment DG operations and basic faults troubleshooting and field-related expertise.

Engineering Supervisor Field job role is to monitor all MSAGs, MSANs, and OLTs and intimidate faults to concerned field team and to supervise & ensure that faulty tracing/diagnosis & rectification is carried out in a very methodical & systematic manner & ensure all manuals are maintained properly.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise & ensure that faulty tracing/diagnosis & rectification is carried out in a very methodical & systematic manner & ensure all manuals are maintained properly.
• Monitoring of all MSAGs, MSANs and OLTs and intimidation of Faults to concerned field team.
• Coordination with vendor’s management.
• Operation and maintenance of GENSETs and ensure their timely operation in case of power failures to maintain 24×7 power availability.
• Ensure rectification of faults related to switch with minimum outage with field teams.
• Quality PMR of all wire line network NEs as per given schedule for reduction of hardware faults.
• Execution of all planned activities other than usual O&M activities as per schedule.
