Operations Executive

Operations Executive job is available in Karachi for a leading shipping and logistics company in Pakistan. An ideal candidate should have an MBA / BBA degree along with 1 to 2 Years of relevant work experience in shipping and logistics operations and back office support e.g Export docs complete, Import manifestation / D.O issuance, Sales support, etc.

Operations Executive job role is to provide back office support to the sales team through vendor management & client management, maintaining export and import documents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate operational policies, standards and procedures.
• Evaluate risk factors that impact efficiency.
• Maintain export documents
• Analyze ways to minimize cost and to achieve efficiency.
• Manage loose and bulk cargo loading and offloading.
• Manage import documents.
• Strong Vendor Management & Client Management
• Schedule, route, maintain, and track the vehicles from origin to Destination.
• Sales support through vendor management & client management
• Estimate resources required for project activity accurately
