Assistant Manager Finance

Assistant Manager Finance job is available in Karachi for a commercial service company in Pakistan. An ideal candidate should have MBA / BBA degree in Finance, certification in CA/ACCA/CMA/CPA would be an added advantage along with 4 to 6 Years of relevant work experience in audit, accounting, and taxation.

Assistant Manager Finance job role is to prepare financial models to support in decision making, analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading the team in recording all financial data.
• In-charge of all accounting activities of both financial and management accounting
• Maintaining the financial health of the organization and managing all financial tasks/ matters of the organization.
• Designing and implementing financial strategies, policies and procedures, designing forecasting tools.
• Ensuring compliance of accounting activities with the organizational and State rules and regulations.
• Responsible for preparing financial and performance reports, assisting departments with annual budgets and reviews, internal control and tax studies.
• Handles his/her team in resolving conflicts, delegating and organizing tasks, as well as motivating and leading teams during project developments.
• Ensures that the company abides with the set of laws implemented by the state related to taxes and handing financial transactions.
• Monitoring financial position, financial performance and cash flows of the company; revising any discrepancies of reports; and checking the company’s assets and liabilities that could affect its equity in the future.
