Assistant Manager Accounts Receivable job is available in Karachi for an MNC. An ideal candidate should have MBA/BBA in Accounts and Finance, or related field along with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in managing the invoicing and collections process for multiple geography with large scale organization.

Assistant Manager Accounts Receivable job role is to look after the entire receivables process for Pakistan and other group entities in South Asia, Middle East, and Africa, develop a process to identify clients that default on payment terms and ensure timely feedback to business heads / management for appropriate course of action.

 

Job  Responsibilities:

  • Establish policies and procedures across the Group for timely invoicing and collections process.
  • Regular follow-ups with the customers / business heads / sales team to ensure timely invoicing and collections.
  • Develop a process to identify clients that default on payment terms and ensure timely feedback to business heads / management for appropriate course of action.
  • Maintain the AR aging dashboard covering accounts receivable balance, bad debt provision, and days receivable outstanding.
  • Ensure appropriate certificates related to Withholding tax, VAT etc., as deducted by the customers, are collected on time.
  • Provide weekly updates on collections and balance accounts receivables position to Management.
  • Liaise with the local teams (finance / business / operations) to ensure effective implementation of the entire invoicing and collections processes.
